We are going to see an interesting solution, inspired by Faisal Town Phase -2 homes, to distribute the interior environments in houses with little width and length. One of them is the creation of two small interior patios that are also decorative points that will solve the issue of the entrance of natural light and ventilation. The facade uses construction materials such as concrete and steel, resulting in a simple and modern finish.

The front of the house shows the steel rods placed vertically, both in the perimeter fence of the first floor and as protection on the second level, within a concrete structure painted white.
A light steel structure has also been created above the parking lot and main entrance that serves as protection from the sun and gives hierarchy to the accesses.

The house could be built on a piece of land 6.8 wide by 32 meters long. The main entrance can be seen in the lower left part of the plan. From this point, we find the design of the living room (2) and the dining room (3 ). These two social rooms are illuminated and ventilated by a side patio (see the green area in front of the room) and which is also a decorative point, as we will see later in the interior design.
Following the dining room, we find the kitchen (5), a breakfast area (8) conveniently located in front of a patio – garden (7); A bedroom (10) has also been designed on this level, which we believe could also be a multimedia room or an intimate living room.

On the second floor, we find the design of three bedrooms; the main one (8) is located in the front of the house and has a bathroom (6) and walk-in closet (7). On the right side of the plan, we can see the design of two bedrooms for children (4 and 5) that share a bathroom (2).
As soon as we reach the second floor, we find a family room or TV room (1).

On the third floor, a large terrace has been designed that has been partially covered in the front part by a structure of wooden rods.

The following 3D graph clearly shows us how the design of the small interior patios (green color) has given a solution to an important requirement in the design of houses, such as the issue of ventilation and natural lighting in a narrow plot.
